Do you use regular butter?

Yes no more margarine for me. If I want a buttery taste I will use real butter. But I have seen so many recipes that I want to make and if they call for a huge amount of butter I won’t make them unless part of that amount can be substituted with olive oil.

I haven’t bought regular butter in over 15 years.

I buy Becel - vegan, avocado, or olive oil flavours

Regular salted. I will use some later having it at room temperature and mix it with herbs and make chicken Kiev.

Yes .. that or olive oil .. every once in awhile a bit of bacon grease .. 'cause are you really living if you just throw that away ?

Yes, we do usually have spread in the fridge too, but I always pick the butter.

We use table(salted) butter mostly. Sometimes my mother extracts butter from collected cream from cooled down boiled milk.
