A bit chilly today

only in the low 50's , found some nice artichokes at market this morning. am positive he'll like dinner

I have a friend who is half Italian, and he taught me how to prepare artichokes. He doesn't do them baked or stuffed with cheese. He does them with minced garlic and oil drizzled inside every leaf after boiling for 1 hour.
