I bought a bag of it a while back, because I did believe the hype. However, the salt I bought was very coarse, and would have needed to be ground fine. I bought a grinder...and overall it was such a pain in my tendonitis I gave the whole mess away.
Good thing. Turns out my doctor only wants me to have LITE salt on my food...which is half fake salt and half real salt.
