Have you ever tried vegetarianism?

I was , for 20 years and still refrain from eating certain animals. It's not just about killing sentient beings, it's about how it's done, and the cynicism of animal rearing clearly reminds me of my society's violence towards more vulnerable humans, especially women. Of course many women eat meat and don't seem to care about animal suffering, but I do.

I prefer to be a meatatarian. I get my vegetables from the animals that process vegetables into meat.

Nope -- I'm sickened by the thought of eating those live vegetables, their silent psychic screams echo through my mind every time I bite a carrot.

I have a salad before my meal. Killing to eat happens if you eat meat or plants.

I want the 5-7 years that being vegan deletes from your life span. There is nothing wrong with meat in the diet.

Killing to eat is natural and acceptable in nature as the both are hunters getting hunted. But eating food killed by someone else and the killer killing for someone else is what is unacceptable.

Most would turn vegetarians if they are truly made to kill, cook and eat their own food. 😀
