I personally can't afford to go vegan, nor do I want to.

@KaliKali: It is too expensive, for my personal financial situation. Like I said, bye.

Bye. xD
@KaliKali: Finally. God is good. 🙏
i went vegan when it was basketball season and when i boxed...it made me feel less heavy and i had more "clean" energy. But going vegan permanently would destroy me. I need my chicken wings and steak

That's cool. I am considering basing my diet off of vegetables and FISH. I have always liked FISH and SEAFOOD.

Yes, it is.
I am a vegan and I am loving it.
I lost a bunch of weight. No negatives at all.

Oh wait, I thought of a negative. It is hard to find food when you are traveling.

@KaliKali: Ah, that makes sense. :)

If I go on a road trip I just have to make sure I pack plenty of ready to eat food. :D Makes trips much healthier though.

It's the way to go only if one chooses it to be. My mother is vegan and as someone who consumes meat, I'm as healthy as her and she's as healthy as me. We both eat healthy, just differently; and we are both strong (we both workout). So it doesn't really make a difference to me.

I know a couple people who are vegans...they don't eat animal products. Not for me though, I've had adrenal problems and need quality protein to heal.
