What do you think about matcha kombucha and other unusual health drinks

Matcha is apparently a tea. Kombucha is apparently a fermented drink.

@Strongtea when my second ex was pregnant with our daughter in 2016/17 the health advice was to not drink kombucha. I don't know much about it.
