I'm not use to eating out this much. We almost always cook meals at home but when you're on vacation it's hard. Joel cooked breakfast most mornings (the only thing he's good at cooking) but we are lunch and dinner out pretty much every day....

Going out to eat isn't as exciting as it used to be for me, given that it's even more expensive now like lots of other things.

@SubstantialKick me either but when on vacation with 3 kids and an amazing nanny you gotta do it. Plus it would of been to hard to come home for lunch every day.

I agree! Restaurant food is full of fat, which is very hard to digest!

@jackrabbit10 I loved the movie Last Holiday, with Queen Latifah...where she befriends Chef Didier, (played by Gerard Depardieu), at a 5 star hotel restaurant. Chef Didier bemoans his customers requests for food made without butter and cream...apparently he does NOT wish to cook without those elements because they make food so delicious! 🤣🤣🤣
