What’s your favorite confort food ? I can eat Pierogi by kilo

In our house we actually have a dish called Comfort Food. It’s mashed potatoes topped with breaded chicken chunks, corn, brown gravy, and shredded cheese. Not taking a nap afterwards is hard.

@Ewelinka no recipe needed ... The sauce is the secret... Around 50% oyster sauce, 30% keepcap manis, some sesame oil and 20 % water... Or made to taste...add the sauce a minute before serving ;}
