@carpediem Oh ok.Got it .Ha Ha.FYI: Japanese Waygu is good beef ,but it's sort of TOO tender ,if you know what I mean ;as I mentioned ,it just doesn't have that ,well,BEEF flavor that a good hamburger should .It's almost sort of bland.And as far as your filet goes,you're the one I presume is cooking it,so you should know that better than I.

Maybe it's because it has the flavour abd texture you're used to. I've bever trued US Waygu, but my experience of most US meat products is they are pretty tasteless.
