American Waygu is best.

It's indisputable that Waygu is the best ground beef for hamburgers. But ,while people may think this is strange ,I've always preferred American Waygu over the traditional Japanese version .It just has that distinctive BEEF flavor that Japanese Waygu lacks.I know ,I know,it's weird ,but .....

@carpediem Well, have you ever had the traditional Waygu from Japan? If you haven't ,then its impossible for you to make a comparison with the American version.

@DavidT8899 You said I couldn't tell the difference because I have no frame of reference, so I opted for sashimi (sushi) instead. It was a joke. That being said, when will my filet be ready?

@carpediem Oh ok.Got it .Ha Ha.FYI: Japanese Waygu is good beef ,but it's sort of TOO tender ,if you know what I mean ;as I mentioned ,it just doesn't have that ,well,BEEF flavor that a good hamburger should .It's almost sort of bland. And as far as your filet goes, you're the one I presume is cooking it,so you should know that better than I.
