Type two is a wake up call. Gone now are burgers, buns, and chips. All I’m left for breakfast is bran. Everything has to be lower, cholesterol has to be lower. So there goes, processed meat, and hard cheese. Fry ups are gone. Sorry omelette. All you are left with is white fish, chicken and a salad. Bye, bye biscuits, just have an apple. Now go for a run.
