This is a comfort food restaurant on US 59 in Texas called Lone Star Charlie’s. If you’re traveling between Livingston & Houston I recommend you try it. It’s comfort food with generous portions
Ive been there my mother in law lived in 7 oaks it literally a 1 stop light town the population was 68 in 2020 and most of those people were her husband's family. we had to drive over an hour to go to a decent store and we stopped there. The food was really good. There was a KMART there i was shocked because all kmarts had closed. I was pregnant and they told me it could take over an hour for an ambulance to get there if you called one, so i stopped going down there.
