Sashimi Cravings

I've never tasted it but I would. I tasted really good ceviche which tasted good from lemon and orange. So I think I might like that.

In the USA Sashimi is always served seared lightly on both sides...the middle is raw. I tried it once, and learned by doing so that raw tuna is delicious, and then I learned to enjoy Maki rolls!
