Most herbs. Allergic. Get thick lips and metallic taste inside mouth.

@WandererTony No wonder you need Tulsi. I'm sorry to hear this. It must make it miserable trying to eat in restaurants when you travel! 😢

@4meAndyou well, its nothing to do with Tulsi really. Tulsi is great for my sneezes and nasal congestion. But cumin, fennel seeds and most chinese herbs really bother my mouth insides.
Yes you are right. Since i travel a lot and eat out most days, the choice is very restricted. Mostly bland. And india, you know, is poor at bland food. 😃😢😢

@WandererTony I have never been to India, but I sort of KNEW you would have trouble eating at restaurants. I am so sorry!

@4meAndyou thats so nice of you. Dont worry, non spicy food is also healthy food usually. 😋
And you can surely check out any indian restaurant for the spice... and curse me from the toilet next day 😀😀

@WandererTony I like Chicken Korma. It's not very spicy....and so delish!
WandererTony · 56-60, M
@4meAndyou Yes Korma would not be too spicy. But would have herbs. There is a veg dish named Navratan Korma. Try it some time.

@WandererTony I looked up the recipe! Sounds very rich and complex!
WandererTony · 56-60, M
@4meAndyou true that. Better to eat at a restaurant than try to prepare the dish 😋😀
