Star Drug in Galveston is where my brother & I have our last breakfast before going home. It was featured on a show called Americas best restaurants. It’s a breakfast & lunch place and has ice cream made on the island. It also has history behind it. A few years ago, my brother went there alone and the very nice older man at the register asked where I was because he had always seen us together and I thought that was really nice
