No, I eat it all the time..one slice is enough...very nutrient dense. Love it!

I like the dark brown rich flavor that it has as Pumpernickel, though. There is NOTHING better as the base for a Reuben sandwich!

Hey, if you can toast/and or butter it…that’s what matters!
