I think COVID made us stop and realize just how restaurants were - and when we went back....

Maybe that''s why some are closing now even after the panic has died down.

And then there is the expensive minimum wage.

There are a few that hit the mark these days. I am fortunate that there are some good Mexican and Italian places in town. That’s mostly what I eat.
