What do you force yourself to eat because it's "good for you"?

Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
Vegetables.
It's not that I don't really like them, but in the quantities you're supposed to eat them😕
@Justmeraeagain

In agreement there... aren't we supposed to eat them by color, too?
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
@rinkydinkydoink
The more color the more nutrients,usually.

Nothing. I haven't done that since I was forced to eat turnips as a child. Fortunately, my wife and I like the same things.
Secretsmile · 51-55, F
Nope, that is why I weighed 90 lbs in 12 grade🤣🤣
@Secretsmile

If you were 4 foot 8 that woulda been ok... 😁

Bananas. I don't like the mushy texture. I usually chase it with a protein drink.

My wife likes her veggies steamed, but still aldente, and with no seasoning. I prefer mine cooked and seasoned.
@Musicman

I'm with you... seasoned to me means lots of salt, butter and gravy 😁
Musicman · 61-69, MVIP
@rinkydinkydoink Exactly! And they shouldn't crunch after being steamed.

When I was in grade one, I sat beside a girl who wore thick eye glasses and smelled of urine all the time who ate banana peels and would throw the banana itself into the garbage.
@swirlie

Talk about a target, eh? Poor kid... 😢

I know and I still think about her often lately. She was strongly attracted to me and would follow me around during school recess but she never ever spoke. She would just smile and stare and I didn't know what to do. Then, when we were in about grade 3, one Saturday morning a dump truck went out of control coming down the steep hill she lived on and slammed into her house and killed her while she was practicing her piano lessons in the living room. As soon as I saw your video of the guy eating the banana peel, it took me right back there to a time I'd long since forgotten and obviously haven't healed from yet. So, I thank you for bringing that unfinished business to my attention.

You were suppose to do that, btw!
