No, have had roast chicken the last two Thanksgivings and liked it much better. The idea of cooking an entire turkey, even the smallest one I could find, is not appealing to me at all. I don’t mind having a slice of turkey but having too many leftovers has burnt me out on it. I do like homemade cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes etc. though.

A baked chicken would do.
People focus on the bbq, red rice, kelaguen and pancit.
The Tapioca, crab salad/potato salad doesn't hurt though.

It's tradition but anything will suffice.
sometimes i go for ham, even better to have both.
