I just had the most acidic orange I’ve ever tasted

It was basically an orange flavored lemon. Don’t think about that too hard and it’ll make sense. Man my lips are frikkin raw from the acid.

If it isnt given time to mature (usually on the tree ie picked too early )the sweetness doesnt develop.
