Do you refrigerate your butter/margarine or keep it on the counter?

Nothing worse than trying to spread cold butter.
Keep it covered and it'll be fine.

@Vin53 🤔can understand your point but we keep ours in the fridge as if it is hot the butter may go rancid

@smiler2012 Takes a long time for that and if you live with another person or more, butter doesn't sit around too long does it.
