Have you ever kept quail as a source of eggs and meat?

No. I considered them and having my own chickens, but I could never bring myself to actually kill them to eat them. Not for kindness, but just because too much about meat grosses me out so easily.

Nope. I don't like to kill things...and you would have to feed them and keep them in an aviary. It would smell bad. I spent every summer on a farm...and you do not want to deal with livestock in the heat...🤮

If I didn't have cats I could teach the quail to free range and follow me around.😆 They would too! I doubt I could eat them at that point, but they still make eggs.
