Baked pasta. Still noodles, so no complaints, pretty easy and cheap if you know how to shop.

You can't lose with lentil soup or Scotch broth. It can be meat feast, vegetarian or vegan. Cheap to make and tasty to eat.

@AndysAttic I am VERY fond of lentil soup. I usually wait till I have a package of hot and spicy sausages, and cook them, and slice them up in the soup, with celery, carrots, and onions. SO delicious!
HumanEarth · F
Meat loaf, mashed potatos with the skins left on, roasted brussels sprouts and have milk so cold that its almost ice

That was my last night super and I hate cooking. But I hate going out to eat more
HumanEarth · F
Yes even the meatloaf was made from scratch, not from frozen
4meAndyou · F
Try frying up some hamburgers. It's easy and delicious. You just mix raw hamburger meat with Worcestershire sauce, a bit of black pepper, some mustard and some ketchup, then form the meat into patties, and fry them up. Serve them on hamburger buns or on toast.

If you are on a budget there are much healthier foods than instant noodles, which are nothing but carbs, chemicals and sodium. Nutritious cheap foods include cabbage, potatoes, onions, carrots, eggs. For inexpensive meat try stew meat.

fry some chestnut mushrooms in some olive oil and
a few drops of fresh lime juice and eat it on toast with some black pepper , that's right , oh yes its good ah gaarrrrunteeeeeee
hannahJ · F
@LeftWingProgressive i would loveeee but the kids would not touch that
Mixing veggies in mashed potatoes is a good way to get kids to eat veggies.
