neither. Fresh tuna is the only way to eat tuna
@Torsten Specially grilled with either a teriyaki marinade, or with an orange (freshly squeezed) dill sauce.

@NativePortlander1970 oh now you're talking. That sounds so much better compared to canned tuna haha
@Torsten I created my own signature orange dill sauce when I was about 14 or so.

@NativePortlander1970 impressive at 14 years old. I have never tried dill sauce before. Crazy since i used to be a chef but yeah never tried it
@Torsten Thank you. My Dad started teaching me how to cook at the age of five on my birthday in 1975 with pancakes, I have been a serious home gourmet since, and even used to cook for a living, these are my most prized possessions.
