Your favorite home made hot cocoa reciepe?

I think I lost my lockdown skills at home cafe, and I've been trying to make a proper hot cocoa since last Thursday but nothing works, it's either the Cocoa Powder is too much that you can't feel the taste, the milk is too much that it tastes like flavored milk or its just mild.

the second deal is when will you have your own hot chocolate? i usually have it will having a movie night or just chilling with my family chatting about anything on a Friday night

have a good day.

I melt some butter and add cocoa, a tiny bit of salt and sweetener, mix it together until it’s creamy and add milk and heat it up. Can add a bit of instant coffee to make mocha, or mint flavor to make cocoa-mint

@Hamed2218 It helps take the place of cream and I was born on a farm with a Jersey cow for our dairy…Jersey cows give the richest milk with the highest amount of cream so I appreciate that buttery flavor in my cup of cocoa.
