@cherokeepatti Why not?

@Girlygirl it’s not healthy. Heard a physical therapist say that it and some other sweeteners like aspartame can crystal up in the lymph system and cause cellulite. Takes physical therapy massage to help clear the lymph system so it can drain properly.

@cherokeepatti there are a ton of artificial chemicals in those sort of products. We are better off just eating healthy and nutritious foods when we can. I understand that the inconvenience of our busy schedules prevents us from allocating available time and resources to healthy eating...and by default we are delegated to quick nutrition. I am guilty of it. If given the chance, I would absolutely eat wholesome meals and snacks.

One gram of sugar that’s fine in the whey that you purchased.Mostly natural and artificial flavour.No need to be concerned about that.

Sucralose tastes extremely sweet while providing no calories. Maybe they overdid it a little.

"a teaspoon is approximately 5 grams. 1/5 of a Teaspoon = a gram. The spoons are for counting volume, not weight. As pointed out, the weight to volume thing will work for somethings, not others, but with water, 1 tablespoon = 1/2 ounce = 14 grams. How many grams is a spoon of sugar? So how much exactly is a gram of sugar?"
