The McCafe at McDonalds is alright in a pinch. A coffee and a Grilled Cheese toastie hits the spot.

@Thevy29 I enjoy their iced coffee. Is grilled cheese toastie on the menu there? Or do you order it special? We don't have it on menu.

@Coralmist Its on the menu. You can select between Cheese, ham or tomato or a combination of all 3. Its a lot better then their burgers.
