So at the fair

Fishtail sandwiches sold out like crazy. I don't think any of the other carnies sold fish. When we ran out of that chicken tenders was most popular. We sold a good bit of fresh burgers and piggy fries. And everything else. Brisket, pulled chicken sandwiches, pork sandwiches, a lot of jumbo hot dogs sold. Hmm. But fishtail was new this year and people couldn't get enough.
