@SW-User That's the answer to your question, the fact that new food ideas and the prospect of making them is in and of itself a stress relief. I think you like to create/cook new and interesting recipes and doing so relieves stress.

Tuna with diced dill pickles on caraway seeded rye, just like my mother used to make! Careful with the mayo; we don't want it soupy, we don't want it dry.
