Take one, save it for when your window is open. I do it all the time with work foods, deferring them to later.

I have had this and was told that being overweight was the cause. I don't see how fasting would be a solution... unless it's like 'don't eat close to sleeping'?

Anyway, Krispy Kremes are unlikely to help in either scenario 😅
