I have sent my food back a few times my sister is more likely to send back the food if it's not cooked properly. Believe you me that restaurant wants you happy and if they have to remake the meal they'll remake the meal.

They'd rather Chuck a five buck piece of chicken and redo the whole dish for $10 and have you give a good review.

So don't ever be afraid to say this was not done fully they will apologize they will say they're sorry and they'll redo it.

My father was like that. For her entire life my mother resentfully repeated the story of my father pitching a fit at a restaurant somewhere in South America because she tried to send an undercooked pork chop back to the kitchen. He was SO afraid of offending the server...but willing to give my mother an offense that lasted nearly 20 years.
