Do u prefer fried chicken or bake ? 🍗 🍗 🍗

I love them both.
But I actually prefer [b] fried [/b].
It's just better.
It's that good .
What do you think ?

i like roasted chicken best. i make this whole mix of herbs spices, lemon juice, and stuff it with lemon rinds, then roast starting high, reducing temp over 2 hours. [i]succulent[/i]. it can be oven roasted or pan roasted, either way works, but has to be cut up to pan roast.

@pentacorn Don't scrimp on garlic cloves or cut up onion. Minced jalapeños make it extra yummy.

Chicken Piccata:

2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, butterflied and then cut in half
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
All-purpose flour, for dredging
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup brined capers, rinsed
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Although as much as l try to be health conscious in so many ways, l enjoy chicken. BBQ, roasted, baked and fried.
The best chicken l ever made or ate was fried Louisiana style and it was superb.

I have never tasted anything better than my mother's fried chicken. My wife had to pass the fried chicken test before we married, and she did a great job.

I probably could not decide. I loved baked chicken with jerk seasoning and BBQ sauce lightly brushed on it.
I like various kinds of fried chicken from extra crispy to homemade with a dash of curry powder in the seasoning.
