i like roasted chicken best. i make this whole mix of herbs spices, lemon juice, and stuff it with lemon rinds, then roast starting high, reducing temp over 2 hours. [i]succulent[/i]. it can be oven roasted or pan roasted, either way works, but has to be cut up to pan roast.

@SW-User Don't scrimp on garlic cloves or cut up onion. Minced jalape帽os make it extra yummy.

@Crazywaterspring garlic, onions, and Rosemary are the stars. i make another version that's ginger beer, cayenne, white pepper, onion and garlic that i serve with rice
