No paprika, I know everyone says it has no taste but that isn't true.

@Starcrossed The only times I had deviled eggs was at family reunions. My mother said paprika had no taste and people who put it on their deviled eggs were just stuck-up and showing off.

I mix the yolks with mayo, mustard, onion powder, black pepper, chopped dill pickle, and sprinkle paprika on top.

Standard is:
Mustard
Mayonnaise
White pepper
Sprinkling of paprika
I would modify it to:
Dijon mustard
Mayonnaise
Garlic powder
White pepper
Sprinkling of paprika
Seen other combinations that include relish or ground pickles.
As a replacement for the Dijon mustard mix together: mustard and white wine with sugar, onion powder and salt. No sugar if using Riesling wine.

more mustard than mayo (has to be hellman's), some white pepper and sea salt, a pinch of cayenne, ground celery seed, granulated garlic, and granulated onion, sprinkle with dried (or fresh) parsley

I haven't made them in several years. I've been getting deviled egg potato salad at the supermarket.

I don't think I have ever had deviled eggs that I didn't like. All recipes are good to me.
