Prepared a Pork Loin Roast last night and gave myself the "Chef of the Month" award for the results.

Also gave myself the "Best Bang for the Bucks" award for putting together a 5-star dining experience at less than $1 a plate :)

Not too much right now. I am almost out of this awesome macaroni salad I made with finely chopped veggies of every kind, have three servings of green bean and portobello mushroom casserole, and I will probably have kale salad for lunch today.

I have lots of food.

Got a bison hunt scheduled

A leg of spring lamb for the weekend. We will roast it with garlic and fresh rosemary and serve it with crispy potatoes, parsnips broccoli and carrots. Peehaps a dish of stuffing and a little gravy too.
