April Is National Food Month….What Do You Have There Good To Eat?

Prepared a Pork Loin Roast last night and gave myself the "Chef of the Month" award for the results.

Also gave myself the "Best Bang for the Bucks" award for putting together a 5-star dining experience at less than $1 a plate :)
