Not me. I like to experiment a little bit. I outgrew A1 steak sauce after going through a phase where I put it on lean lamb chops and broiled them. It helped with the mildly gamey flavor.
I used to put five bread and butter pickles on top of the burger and put a dot of Sriracha sauce on top of each pickle. That was good. Hot and sweet all at once.
Howard's hot pepper relish is also amazing on top of a burger.
If you really want to take a walk on the wild side, chop green olives, first removing the pimento, and make a tartar sauce with mayonnaise, a tiny bit of Worcestershire sauce, and a drop or two of lemon juice. Top your burger with that sauce. Those are called Olive Burgers in Lansing, Michigan.
