Yes! I love A-1 on a burger

4meAndyou · F
Not me. I like to experiment a little bit. I outgrew A1 steak sauce after going through a phase where I put it on lean lamb chops and broiled them. It helped with the mildly gamey flavor.

I used to put five bread and butter pickles on top of the burger and put a dot of Sriracha sauce on top of each pickle. That was good. Hot and sweet all at once.

Howard's hot pepper relish is also amazing on top of a burger.

If you really want to take a walk on the wild side, chop green olives, first removing the pimento, and make a tartar sauce with mayonnaise, a tiny bit of Worcestershire sauce, and a drop or two of lemon juice. Top your burger with that sauce. Those are called Olive Burgers in Lansing, Michigan.

I like that but I have found one I like much more, not sure if it’s just a local more or less thing but here in stores it’s ,Howard’s sweet Pepper Relish. It’s all I want on my burgers now , with maybe onions

I want miracle whip on the bun and sweet baby Ray's on the burger patty along with melted cheese, onion, and some home made bread and butter pickles and 2 slices of bacon!. Yum . Ketchup is for fries.
Yes, A-1 is good on a burger, especially ground sirloin with fried onions and real cheddar.

@BrewCityBarfly Personally,I always go with Swiss chesse. But to each his own.
I could see where A1 might be good on a burger. But that's on the patty, right? You put ketchup on the bun. I like mayo and dijon on the bun.

I prefer mustard but mayo is also good. I like sliced onions, dill pickle and lettuce on my burger.

Honestly, I go half and half with the ketchup and A-1 on my burger.
