Finally... foood 馃槷

The potatoes are succulent, the whiskey sauce is well rounded and definitely well made, the meat was cooked a bit too hard, the puff pastry definitely worked. 鈽猴笍 I think this is one of the most difficult recipes to master tbh. I've done it many times, but you really need to do some math to get the beef perfectly cooked at the same time the puff pastry is finished. I'm gonna give this an A for ambitious.

Wow, delicious. The potatoes look so tender. I love sour cream too, and a drizzle Ranch dressing, quite good!! Is the whiskey sauce sweet or savory?

What cut of beef was it? I鈥檝e breaded thin slices of beef but haven鈥檛 tried puff pastry.

@soar2newhighs Im not sure what english people call different beef cuts, you have an entirely different lingo from us swedes.
