Finally... foood 😮

The potatoes are succulent, the whiskey sauce is well rounded and definitely well made, the meat was cooked a bit too hard, the puff pastry definitely worked. ☺️ I think this is one of the most difficult recipes to master tbh. I've done it many times, but you really need to do some math to get the beef perfectly cooked at the same time the puff pastry is finished. I'm gonna give this an A for ambitious.

What cut of beef was it? I’ve breaded thin slices of beef but haven’t tried puff pastry.

@soar2newhighs Im not sure what english people call different beef cuts, you have an entirely different lingo from us swedes.
