Another one: kale leaves( stem cut off, sautéed in garlic olive oil. Remove, Pat dry. Re brush face up side w/ olive oil( optional). Place a thin slice or two of your preferred cheese. Top with thinly sliced onions, pimiento pieces and seasoning your choice. Roll up like a stuffed cabbage.
Place in a foil lined pan, cover with tomato sauce and place in a 300F pre heated oven and bake for 25 mins. Before removing, top w/ a slice or two more cheese and melt it. Take out and serve.

@SomeMichGuy it was before pandemic. We just sold cafe and left Tampa and within 2 weeks hurricane Irma hit that area. 😵‍💫

@skybubble20 Yes, I think so. I really liked 'real' sausage, because of the flavor of the seasonings. The plant-based options taste quite similar.

@skybubble20 Then there’s this one… a flank, skirt or hangar steak, cooked rare or medium rare sliced, placed on garlic and butter toasted ciabatta bread. Add some horseradish sauce and some A1 and sautéed onion. A bit off the healthy side but very tasty!
