How many ways do you cook potatoes?

I enjoy mashed, with plenty of real butter
Stuffed potatoes are a substantial meal, my favourite being Bacon and egg. Hard boiled egg, chopped, cooked bacon, spring onions, sour cream, swiss cheese
Baked, with baked parsnip and pumpkin
Potato cakes - Rosti style
Potato and Leek soup
Potato and egg salad

Every now and then I bake 2 or 3 small red potatoes and have them for lunch. Some butter, a wee bit of salt and pepper.
