Sticker Shock!!! I just priced BUTTER, and it is up to $5.29 for 4 sticks!!!!

They are definitely "sticking" it to us...😰

I can't remember EVERY price before inflation, but I remember ALWAYS paying $3.99 for store brand butter. I thought that was expensive.

What are some pre-Biden and post Biden prices you remember from YOUR local grocery store?

Given the abysmal failure of this administration to run a good economy it’s up to the consumer where possible to shop frugally and make use of everything that will help keep at least, your good and essentials bills down.
Search out BOGOFS

Use coupons
Use circulars from the Supermarket and their many lower prices.
Look for things about to expire. NOTE: be mindful of poultry, pork and even meat. If it smells suspicious disregard it!
Dry goods are a lifeline, like Ramen! Many a college student is intimately familiar with that product!
I say this because I’m retired, live on a fixed income and these suggestions save me some money.
