Do you like pulled pork, have you tried pulled chicken?

Yep you can even do this with certain kinds mushrooms if you're vegetarian. Anything that will fall into stringy tender bits when slow-cooked works.

I use pulled chicken for tacos and burritos. Sometimes I add in a little quinoa too

I cook pulled pork on my smoker every time the grocery store puts pork shoulder or Boston butt on sale. I was raised in Georgia and need my pork bbq. I never tried pulled chicken, although I smoke chicken breasts when I smoke pork.

Pulled chicken is to die for! I like the dry rub method - the rub is just spices with some brown sugar, rubbed into the chicken and smoked (or do the slow cooker method). Delicious! Dry rub is a Memphis thang, and it is incredible.

Here’s a recipe, Sleepy Chicken , one whole chicken in slow cooker with 4 or 5 jars of NyQuil original flavor. Cook all day, seve with a side of Skittles candy.

Yup! I have a money mustard BBQ pulled chicken recipe somewhere that's quite tasty. 😌

It's good, but ultimately it's still chicken. I'm not a huge fan of chicken meat. 😶
