What is one of the hardest things to cook?

@calicuz haha I worked at a used car lot, it was in a rural type location and the car lot dogs would grab animals that came into the back lot at night. One of the workers came to work and found a possum and thought the dogs had killed it. He put on gloves and carried it to the trash cart and put it inside. Another worker came and hour later and they were talking and the other worker said “you better go check, that possum might not be dead”. I walked out to the trash cart and watched the worker pick him up and say “I don’t know if he’s dead or not.” I told him he opened one eye slightly to see what you are doing so I think he’s not dead. He put him over the fence in the lot next door.

@SW-User Yeah, you have to time it just right so it won't be overcooked or undercooked.

@Rilyn I'd like to try that one day unless it's as horrible as you say, just never see it offered up in my locale ......
