What always tastes better when it's melted?

@Really Agreed but the question was what tastes better melted. I never melt the Parmesan on my salads, but I love that flavor too.

@WillaKissing Haha, melted cheese on a salad - ridiculous! But what's the betting there's a fancy restaurant somewhere whose pretentious chef has it on offer?

By the way I sometimes melt grated cheddar with randomly scattered bits of chocolate, on toast. Try it?

@Really Those can be good. Cinamon buttered toast or Buttered jelly toast would be my favorite.

Take a bagel and spread cream cheese on both halves after toasting the bagel and letting it cool off, then I put a slice of Colby jack cheese on each side and put ham in the middle and have that as a breakfast or lunch.

I was not denying conversation or sharing, but I was not sure how or where the comment was going.🤗
