Depends on what I'm in the mood for in regards to "comfort food." On a cold day for example, I would go for some kimchi ramen. Whereas on a hot day, I'd go for some ice cream. But for the most part, my go-to comfort food of choice is usually chocolate macaroons.

I like white, brown, wild, Jasmine, Basmati, crispy rice...

I don't like rice pudding. 🤷‍♀️

I'm quite traditional. Chocolate peanut butter ice cream, chocolate cake, chocolate...

Rice pudding is my favorite comfort too but I'm lactose intolerant so I can't have it. The good stuff is usually full fat dairy lol.

Spaghetti bolognese is the nicest food ever.

When my children we quite young I was making rice (for fried rice) and put too much water in it... soupy was what it turned out to be so I kept going and made my version of rice pudding. Turned out to be my kids favorite dessert - even now when they visit they ask for it.
