I made this garlic & broccoli pasta yesterday, & it was a hit with my kids.

Worth a try anyway lol.
I bought a 15$ spiralizer and make my own noodles. Only takes a few minutes to produce them and way less time to cook than pasta.
And for context, i LOOOOOOVVVVVEEEEEE carbs. I never would have tried filthy vegetable noodles given the choice...but i got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes so here i am lol

@Oster1 I like anchovies, but I don’t cook with it. My kids already get disgusted with the smell of Asian fish sauce. 😅

@marsbar They are the key ingredient. The anchovies, completey dissolve. The flavor, makes the dish.

@Rutterman The chicken wings will have to wait. I’ll attempt a new dessert as well. 😋

@Midlifemale They basically taste like Big Macs but wrapped in a spring roll. Obviously texture-wise, it’s different, but when you use the right ingredients, it does kinda taste like a Big Mac, just healthier.
