Wow. That was painful to watch. More so for me, than for most, because I used to work in customer service years ago, and the use of bad language to a customer is just NEVER done in a professional environment.
There is also a restaurant like that called Dick's Last Resort. The difference is that Dick's Last Resort food is not very good from what I've read. And as far as asking for the manager, I would not dare.
