If someone gave you some shredded red cabbage (assuming you like cabbage), what would you do with it ?

Would you prepare a salad ? Would you season and sauté it ? I don’t want to waste it. It’s about half a head.

Add some vinegar, let it sit for a bit, then mix it with my coleslaw dressing that I always keep in stock for just such an emergency.
